With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Oliver Schwartz of Eagan, Minnesota, who passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, may Norman Oliver find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Schwartz and Elsie Schwartz (Studer); his wife Muriel Dorothy Christofferson; and his grandson Tony Schwartz. He is survived by : his children, Carol Jesness (Don) of Eagan, Ronnie Schwartz (Patty) of Eagan, Steve Schwartz (Dellene) of Cohasset, Cindy Taylor (Michael) of Oakdale and Cathy Kruse (Kevin) of Garner, Iowa. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (2100 16th St SW, Austin, MN 55912). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
