He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl Suzanne; his daughter Rasha Kowalewski; his son-in-law Daniel Kowalewski of Eagan, Minnesota; his son Robert Burrell III; his daughter-in-law Shiloh Marie; his grandchildren, Riley Suzanne Peffley, Ryan, Ruby Louise of Newark, Delaware and Reagan Marie Spruill of Pensacola, Florida.; and his parents, Robert B. Stephens Sr. and Mary Maude.
