She was predeceased by: her parents, Axel Nelson and Lydia Nelson (Schultz); her stepmother Lucille Nelson; and her siblings, Donna Green, Judy Hubbard, Arlene Stumpf, Kenn Nelson and Thomas Nelson.
She is survived by: her husband Delmar Green of Eagle Bend; her children, Julie Marthaler (Jim) of St. Joseph, Sherry Marthaler (John) of Monticello, Rick (Rebecca) of Eagle Bend and Craig (Elizabeth) of Monticello; her brother Roger Nelson (Marlene) of North Ridge, CA; her grandchildren, Scott Marthaler, Joe Marthaler (Katie), Heather Zierden, Steven Marthaler, Brent Green, Jill Marthaler, Samantha Green and Lydia Green; and her great grandchildren, Brionna Zierden, Colten Ebertowski and Lily Zierden.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (300 Main St W, Eagle Bend, MN 56446). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
