He is survived by: his children, Russ Goebel (Brenda), Kim Horecka (Goebel), Randy Goebel (Vicki), Gordy Goebel (Binette) and Bill Goebel (Terri); his grandchildren, Clark Goebel, Claire Campbell, Katie Horecka, Shanan Seeler (Ryder), Kelly Rivers (Dan), Tara Brown (Clay), Abbie Weerts (Colin), Beth Weiss, Haley Goebel and Hunter Goebel (Makayla); and his great grandchildren, Nayla, Madeline, River, Anna, Allie, Jack, Vinny, Brecken, Kieran, Wyatt and Savanna.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hilltop United Methodist (108 S Manitou Dr, Mankato, MN 56001). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hilltop United Methodist Church (108 S Manitou Dr, Mankato, MN 56001).
