He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn Kivi (Warren); and his parents, Oscar and Aina. He is survived by: his children, Gary (Sandy), Jim (Linda), Sharon Johnson (Terry) and Lisa Tolbert (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Erick (Jada), Briana, Andrew, Ian, Kia, Caitlynn, Delaney, Sophia and Maija.
