She was predeceased by : her parents, John Heilman and Mary Heilman (Rieger); her husband Ralph Olson; her son Robert; and her siblings, Alma Kirchofner, Ferdinand and Nicholas Heilman.

She is survived by : her children, Charlene Olson of Minot, ND, Yvonne Hoeltl of Devils Lake, ND, Randall Olson of Litchville, ND, Beverly Harrington (David) of Hugo, MN, Richard Olson (Pauline) of St. Cloud, MN and Cara Miller (Rolland) of Warren, MN; her brother Albert Heilman of Mediapolis, IA; and her sister-in-law Lorna Heilman of Grand Forks, ND. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
