He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schroeder and Katherine Schroeder (Schmidt); his wife Sylvia Dodsworth (Kingston); and his siblings, Mark, James Schroeder, Lorraine Bush and Elsie Ann Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Forseide (Louie), Tim Schroeder, Jackie Rasch (Mike) and Cindy Evavold (Daryl). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
