It is with great sadness that we announce the death of RaeAnn Nelson of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, born in Oslo, Minnesota, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Olson and Verol Olson (Hawkinson); her husband Norman Nelson of Savior's Lutheran Church; her brothers, Kendell, Gary, Douglas and Dale; her siblings-in-law, Lolly Olson and Donald Nelson; and her brother Paul (Mary Swenson).

She is survived by : her children, Connie Strand (Jim) of Grand Forks, Jim Nelson (Genevee) of Oslo and Steve Nelson (Kelly) of Grand Forks; her grandchildren, Brian Nelson (Katie), David Nelson (Jennifer), Michelle Spicer (Christopher), Laura Kallock (Cody), Annika Strand (Mitchell Anderson), Elli Strand and Grace Nelson; her great grandchildren, Adilyn, Ava, Anders, Annalise, Julia, Dawson, Jaxon, Gavin, Olivia, Ada, Ella and Nelson; her siblings, Yvonne Olson, Russell Olson (Becky), Verdell Olson (Sandy) and Lynn Olson; and her sisters-in-law, Jody Olson and Marilyn Olson. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

Memorials preferred to Oak Park Cemetery or Riverside Cemetery in Oslo.
