Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Roger for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Ernie" Love and Inez Love; his parents-in-law, Richard and Lucy Abeld; his son Richard Love; and his son-in-law Dean Tinkham.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Love; his children, Caroline Tinkham, Marlys Pester (Colin) and Dwight Love (Peggy); and his sister Linda Bogert. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 13th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mendenhall Presbyterian Church (528 10th St NW, East Grand Forks, MN 56721). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, July 13th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Nisbet Cemetery (1009 Central Ave NW, East Grand Forks, MN 56721).
