It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David LeRoy Pavelka of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin and Betty; and his former wife Pat. He is survived by: his wife Deb Gorrill; his sister Jacqueline Braesch; his sons, Lee (Elise) and Donald (Sandy); his granddaughters, Grace (Will Stern), Megan (Bailey Dodds), Emily and Rosalyn; and his great grandchildren, Helen, Eloise, Arthur and Lydia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Faith Church Foundation or the Czechoslovak Genealogical Society International.
