We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2025 we had to say goodbye to James Dwight Bast (Eden Prairie, Minnesota). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda Bast (Neal); his parents, Vernon Bast and Lucille Bast of Minnetonka, Minnesota.; and his brother Gary Bast. He is survived by: his former wife Marlene Rupp; his children, Christina Bast, Carissa Dyck (Cory) and Jameson Bast (Kristen); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Theo, Wesley Dyck, Joelle, Amber, Kara and Nathan Bast; his stepchildren, Sharalee Walton and David Walton (Kelly); and also Jim. He is also survived by stepchildren, sisters in-law and brothers in-law, nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eden Prairie Chapel (7625 Mitchell Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wooddale Church (6630 Shady Oak Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344).
