He was predeceased by: his parents, George Heim and Esther Heim; his in-laws, Clarence and Violet Payne; and his sister Eileen Vedra.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Heim; his children, John Heim (Judy), Lori Heinecke (Jay) and Lynne Enright (Mark); his sisters, Pat Hnilicka and Barbara Firme; his grandchildren, Jamie Heinecke (Emily), Jaden Heinecke, Makayla Heim, Amy Steinberger (Andrew) and Rob Enright; and his great grandchildren, Charlie and Caroline Heinecke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
