He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bischof and Viola Bischof (Dockendorf); and his parents-in-law, James and Mary Sieben. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sieben; his children, Travis Bischof (Susan) of New Richmond, WI, Jason Bischof (Hayley) of Bridge City, TX, Jeremy Bischof (Keri) of Litchfield, MN and Melissa Sonsalla (Eric) of Litchfield, MN; his siblings, Francis, Jerry, Larry, Greg, Marietta Vossen, Mary Lou Bischof, Jeanette Becker, Linda Euerle and Delores Stommes; his goddaughter Lisa Thielen (Bischof); and his nieces and nephews, Rochelle Young, Kenzie Torborg, Kyle Becker and Randy Vossen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Assumption Catholic Church (464 State St N, Eden Valley, MN 55329). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Eden Valley Fire and Rescue Department.
