He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kramer and Veronica Kramer (Foley); his wife Linda Ruhland (Ginther); his sister Jean Haffley; and his brothers-in-law, Del Matteson and Ron Moen.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron Ruhland (Maria), Jen Ruhland (Jeff), Beth Boyle (Larry), Ryan Ruhland (Lori), Matt Ruhland (Michelle) and Kevin Kramer; his siblings, Sister Margaret Kramer, Sheila Matteson, Charlotte Moen, Dan Kramer and Jack Kramer (JoAnn); his brother-in-law Fred Haffley; and his grandchildren, Nick, Joe, Pete, Olivia, Victor, Jackson, Brady, Claire and Evie.
