It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Jo Powell of Effie, Minnesota, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phillip Petron and Alice Marie Knight Petron (William). She is survived by: her siblings, Doug Petron, Cindy Anderson, Peggy Kelm, Randy Petron, Connie Kelm, Candace Petron and Kirt Petron; her children, Shane Hastings and Sheri Stewart; her stepchildren, Bill Powell, Jeff Powell, Jerry Powell and Rob Powell; and her husband William Powell. She is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren & great grandchildren.
