She is survived by: her husband Matthew Ek; her stepchildren, Leslie Ek-Matazzo, Eugene Ek, Alex Ek, Charles Ek, Candice Ek, Eric Ek and Carol Ek-Chanchaisri; her siblings, Beverly Stevens (George), Janice Larson, Eugene Pahkamaa and JoAnn Furcht; and her siblings' children, Jozella Jacob (Roland), Debbie Sammon (Pat), Theresa Thompson (Tim), Christopher Larson, Ann Larson, Carlene Coleman (Stewart), Carl Pahkamaa and Shane Furcht (Lori). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
