He was predeceased by: his father Sam Jr.; his brother Christopher; and his grandmother Jane. He is survived by: his mother Judith Ann; his siblings, Tommy (Jenny), Sarah (Don) and Samantha (Don); his aunt Jeanie; his uncle Tony (Shirley); and his close friend Virgil. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
