He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Gruber and Evelyn Gruber; and his cousin Gene Peterson. He is survived by : his children, Nathan Gruber, Blythe Gruber, Amanda Effertz (Mike) and Joelle Ayotte (Adam); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Gruber, Kylie Gruber, Madison Gruber, Aekinn Gruber, Dakota Gruber, Kaila Gruber, Kolten Kean, Emily Effertz, Zander Effertz, Jackson Havisto and Conrad Ayotte; and his siblings, Dennis Gruber (Pam), Elaine Eichberger (Rob), Coralee Bauer and Kathy Saleck (Mike).
