He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Dziuk and Jayson Dziuk; his granddaughter Sundara Dziuk; his former spouse Midge Dziuk; his brothers, Larry Dziuk and John Dziuk (Cheryl); and his sister-in-law Connie Dziuk.
