She was predeceased by : her husband John Alan Jacobson; her daughter Cherie; and her parents, Janet and Donald McCormick. She is survived by : her siblings, Donald (Mac), Richard (Dick), Thomas McCormick (Izzy), Linda Munger (Steve) and Cindy Perschmann (Gary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
