He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Johnson and Marian Johnson; and his brother-in-law Pat Moline. He is survived by: his wife Janet Johnson; his sons, Jeremy (Jennifer), Joshua (Niki) and Jacob (Ann); his grandchildren, Nico, Adam, Zoe, Evan and Madi; and his siblings, Russell Johnson and Vickie Moline. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
