He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Berg); his children, Gina Knudson (Ike), Amy Thurston (Doug) and Dan Rudolph (Kelly); and his siblings, Clifford Rudolph (Janet) and Lois Macht. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
