With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy Kay Hartfiel (Elk River, Minnesota), who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kowaliuk and Mildred Kowaliuk; her sister Bonnie Aigner (Al); and her brother-in-law Gary Brown. She is survived by : her husband Richard; her son John Ford (Tammy); her grandchildren, Devon and Kaitlyn Ford; and her sister Rosie Brown. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
