She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Velasco and Amparo Velasco; her husband Iván Darío Nuñez; her siblings, Julio Enrique, Angel, Luis, Gilberto, Néstor, Rubén and Felicita (Tita); and her son-in-law Jim Babcock.
She is survived by: her family, Marisela (Marcie), Iván Enrique Nuñez (Clay Schotzko) and Mariela Nuñez-Janes (Joe Janes); Edmund Babcock and Gabriela Nuñez-Janes (Gabi).
