She was predeceased by: her father James Wilson. She is survived by: her mother Gertrude Wilson; her husband Leonard Phillip Matejka; her daughters, Michele Hagen (Brent) and Jennifer Sarver (Michael); her granddaughters, Emily, Cassandra, Amanda, Sydney and Keegan; and her sons-in-law, Brent and Michael. She is also survived by her grandchildren; and a host of extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospitals in her memory.
