He is survived by: his children, Maison Green (Faith Rautenkranz), Justin "Lee" Green and Keslie Green; his grandchildren, Molly, Leah, Izabella Pitan, Charlie Kraudy, Emmie Kraudy and Rori Bang; and his goddaughter Jessalyn Purvis.
