He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hens and Florentine Hens (Michels); his brother Robert Hens; and his nephew Gary Boecker. He is survived by: his sisters, Diane Hens (Kevin) and Karen Altendahl (Ron); his sister-in-law Joyce Hens; his uncle Ed; and his aunt Donna Kidrowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
