He is survived by: his sister Carol Kochendofer; his nieces and nephews, Kim Schulte (Dave), Leah Baroun (Mike), Mike Kochendofer and Ben Novak (Erin); his cousin Jerry Fink; and his close friends, Kim and Ken. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
