He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Koski and Jacob Koski; his brother Jack; his sister-in-law Margaret Koski; his niece Patty Koschak; and his nephew Jack Koski.

He is survived by: his former wife Helen Perko; his children, Jim Koski (Julia) and Nancy Koski; his grandson Daniel T. Koski; his nieces, Marjorie Thompson and Martha Sturgis (Bill); and his nephew Paul Koski.
