He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph Walsh and Mary Margaret Walsh (McDonagh); his siblings, Barbara Ann and Martin; and his son John.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Patricia Maloney-Henderson (Tony Henderson); his children, Ann Butterfield (Paul), James Walsh Jr. (Heidi) and Shannon Gold (Adam); and his stepdaughter Angie Hauer (Mike). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
