“I knew Joel as a fellow pharmacy student and even closer as a "Brother" in the Kappa Psi pharmacy fraternity. I was his "Big Brother" and we became good friends while in school. We nicknamed him "Dynamic" as he was full of energy and it "just fit" Not long ago we reconnected and spent some time on FB video catching up on each other's lives. His condition was discussed but not a focus of our talks. It became a focus when he was given the last Dx. I was on vacation out of country. Miss him”
