He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Icenhour (Krall) of Ely, MN; his brothers, David of Durham, NC and Daniel of Minneapolis; his stepsiblings, Jim Icenhour (Linda) of Williamsburg, VA, Ken Icenhour of Belmont, NC and Janet Sandarg of Augusta, GA; and his friends, Holly Bertagnoli and Jerry Firth of Bloomington, MN.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
