He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Pike; his children, Jeremy Pike (Mel), Roman Pike (Bobbi) and Audra Kettelhut (John); his stepchildren, Ron Jensen (Sheena Isle), Keith Jensen (Wendy), Howard Jensen (Terrie), Harley Jensen (Megan), Ginny Jensen and Sam Johnson (Aaron); his siblings, Susan Maikkula (Tom), Barbara Pike and Mike Pike; and his aunt Lorraine Jarve. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
