Darrell Herbert Soper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell Herbert Soper (Emmons, Minnesota), who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Soper and Edith Soper (Fletcher); his wife Barbara; his son Mark; and his daughter-in-law Anne Walsh.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Soper (Laurel) of Glenville, MN and Pam Soper of Mankato, MN; his daughter-in-law Tammy Soper of Tacoma, WA.; his grandchildren, Bryan Soper (Shawna), Cara Soukup (Charlie), Kayla Kinley (Christian) and Andy Soper; and his great grandchildren, Brenden, Levi, Audrey, Jill, Hudson and Juni. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law and 13 nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Emmons Lutheran Church (490 Pearl St, Emmons, MN 56029).
