He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Watkins (Dick) and Marie Paulson (Wilander); his wife Leah Watkins (Pepper) of Erhard; his sons, Matt Buckley (Chad) of Bloomington and Levi (Sabrina) of Lake George; and his siblings, Robin Kovstad of Erhard, Cindy Gross of Necedah, WI, Amber Nichols of Spicer, Aaron of Battle Lake, Heidi of Detroit Lakes and Edward of Spicer. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
