He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nels and Helen Elizabeth Sunnarborg (Jarvenpaa); his siblings, Donald, James, Evelyn McClellan and Jean Anderson; his brothers-in-law, Ed Puumala, Bill Anderson and Norman McClellan; and his nephews, Quinten, Chad, Kevin, Tad, Kurt and Robert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harvey Sunnarborg and Luella "Lulu" Puumala; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy, Ida Rose and Carol Sunnarborg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Esko Apostolic Lutheran Church (25 Church Rd, Esko, MN 55733). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
