She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wiggins and Bridget Wiggins (Finnerty); her parents-in-law, George Sr. and Marjorie Herrington; her brother Jack Wiggins; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Rasmussen and Barb Herrington.
She is survived by: her husband George Herrington Jr.; her sister Janice Rasmussen; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Bernard (Tom), Rev. Glen Herrington-Hall (Barb), Gerald Herrington (Pam) and Raymond Herrington (Melissa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northwood United Methodist Church (62 Co Rd 61, Esko, MN 55733). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Valerie's name to a charity of your choice.
