He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Krenzel and Catherine Krenzel (Schneider); his niece Angela Kay Krenzel; and his brothers, Otto, Pius, Hugo, Romanus and Tony.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Heilman; his daughters, Julie Andres of Grand Forks, ND and Becky Krenzel (Shawn Jeuch) of Euclid, MN; his grandchildren, Justin "Earl" Andres (Erin Larson) of Grand Forks, Ian Andres of Grand Forks and Lexi Jeuch of Euclid; and his siblings, Rudy Krenzel (Regina) of Germany, Leo Krenzel and Agnes Krenzel of Rugby, ND.
