She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollance "Butch" Schramm and Sally Schramm (Larsen); her husband Darryl Horn; her son Brody Horn; her uncle Michael Larsen; and her stepfather Frank Fink.
She is survived by: her son Trenton Horn; her brother Curtis Schramm (Lisa Kerntz); her grandchildren, Izzik, Maci and Paisley Horn; her close friend April; her goddaughters, Kora and Nicole Dolinsek; and her pets, Daisy, Vern and Smokey. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
