She was predeceased by : her parents, George Dobbs and Eva Dobbs (Morin); and her husband Anton "Tony" Burja. She is survived by : her children, Patricia Frankenfield (Robert), Virginia Simpson (Philip), Mark Burja (Linda), Bill Burja, John Burja (Heather), Paul Burja (Beth), Joseph Burja (Sarah) and Steven Burja (Shay); and her sisters-in-law, LaJune Dobbs and Norma Dobbs. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the charity of choice.

We were privileged to eat many of her delicious cakes, savoring both them and her sweet generosity and talent on the piano. Gloria was an oblate with her at the Abbey in ND, too.”
