He is survived by: his wife Anna (Devescovi); his children, Christine Pollack Oxford, Liane Davis (Kirk) and John Pollack (Shannon); his grandsons, Brock Oxford, Nathan Black, Gavin, Gavonovich, Davis, Dylan Davis and John Pollack Jr.; his siblings, Cathleen "Dude" Kloiber, Joesph "Joey" Pollack (Rozanne) and James "Jimmy" Pollack (Donna); his in-laws, Erminio and Rosa Devescovi; his siblings, Dolly Pokorny (Emil), Mucca Pollack (Doris), Tommy Pollack, Nicky Pollack, Mary Jane Jagunich (Joe), Bobby Kloiber, Gino Leo (Barb) and Peter Devescovi; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
