She is survived by : her husband Larry Falkowski; her brother Joe Petrich (Diane); her children, Steven Falkowski (Deb Buria), JoAnn Weir and David Falkowski; and her grandchildren, Annie Weir (Matthew Roberts) and Joseph Weir.
