He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perushek and Bridget Perushek; his brother John; his nephew Derek Perushek; and his daughter-in-law Gabrielle Perushek.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Perushek of Springfield, VA, Rachel McCabe (Connor) of Cottage Grove, MN, Krista Porkkonen (Alex) of Duluth, MN and McKenzie Perushek of Golden Valley, MN; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Emmy, Asa, Harper and Luca; Lori Perushek of Eveleth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
