Loretta Jane Briski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta Jane Briski (Eveleth, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loretta Jane Briski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Leppanen and Jennie Leppanen; her husband John Briski; her siblings, Vicki Klakoski and David Leppanen; her daughter Deborah Mancina (Briski); her son-in-law Michael Mancina; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Jomi) of Cottage Grove, Dennis (Colleen) of Eveleth, Gary (Sue) of Eveleth, Nancy Pratt (Bill) of Eveleth, Alan (Tae) of Pengilly, Doug (Gail) of Iron and Tim (Michelle) of Aurora; and her siblings, William Leppanen (Doris Johnson) of Mora, Shirley Maki of Aurora and Darlene Jackson (Mark) of Aurora. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Church - Eveleth (301 Adams Ave, Eveleth, MN 55734). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
