She is survived by: her significant other Howard Parkhurst; and her children, Jeremiah Johnson (Lana-Jo), Jessica Johnson (Chris), Joseph Johnson (Janelle) and Julia Johnson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as her four siblings; many nieces and nephews.
