She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jylha and Gladys Jylha (Gordon); her siblings, Herbert (Char), Frank (Thomas), Ruth Starkovich (Thomas) and Leonard Erickson (Carl Erickson); her in-laws, John Brandt, Lillian Muhich, James and Mary Ann Muhich; her children, Teresa Johnson (Jean) and Bishop Peter Muhich; her grandchildren, Andrew, Joseph Muhich and Hallie Muhich Stevens; and also Virginia.

She is survived by: her husband Louis Muhich; her children, Paul (Shari), Mary Kujala (David), Tom (Brandy) and Jim (Sarah); her son-in-law Kurt Johnson; her grandchildren, Heather Heffner (Kyle), Michelle Hadrich (Andrew), Molly Power (Robert), Emma Holliday (Dojo), Kacey Kujala (Mitchell Kuhlmann), Sarah Kujala (Jake Jerrard), Arin Kujala, Joshua Muhich (Megan), Matthew Muhich (Lisa), Nathan Muhich, Jacob Muhich, Felix and Jack Muhich; her great grandchildren, Drake Heffner, Lily, Chase Hadrich, Evelyn, Cora, Remi Power, Elizabeth, Lucas and Christopher Muhich; her sister Betty Brandt; and her brother-in-law Eugene Muhich (Maureen). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Resurrection Catholic Church or the Eveleth Community Foundation.
