He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrea Bazzani and Matilda Bazzani (Detachak); his stepfather Joe Kobal; his former life partners, Shirley and Barbara; his son Vincent Bazzani; his brother Matthew Kobal; and his stepbrother James Bazzani.

He is survived by : his pet Snowshoes; his wife Marcia; his children, Dennis Bazzani and Amy Addy (Justin Mayne); his daughter-in-law Colleen Bazzani; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Strumbell (Ray Johnson), Rosemary Strumbell, Donna Strumbell and Marlene Kobal. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude or to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
