With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Esta Stover of Excelsior, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Black and Virgina Black of Hershey, Pennsylvania.. She is survived by: her husband Sandy Stover; her daughter Mary Stover (Edward Herskovits) of California; her siblings, Mary Anderson, William and James Black; her grandchildren, Alexander (Shuangchao), David, Anna and Eric (Rachel); her stepgranddaughters, Evelyn and Audrey; and her great grandchild Lily.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Waters of Excelsior (723 Water St, Excelsior, MN 55331).
