He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Gehring and Beverly "Bev" Gehring (Helms); and his parents-in-law, Russell and MaryLou Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Gehring of Fairfax, MN; his son Joe Gehring of New Ulm, MN; his grandchildren, Shyla, Kamryn, Dravyn, Brynna of Carson, Nolan and Lynden; and his siblings, Hoot Huntington (Clipper) of Owatonna, MN, Dude Jesse (Ed) of Waseca, MN and Chik Miller (Roo) of Owatonna, MN. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
