He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Marquardt and Martha Marquardt (Bunke); his great grandchild Zevian Toffolla; his brothers, Kenneth Marquardt, Alvin Marquardt and Mel Marquardt; and his siblings-in-law, Don Herzog and Marge Marquardt.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Marquardt of New Ulm, MN; his children, Brian Marquardt (Kristi) of Fairfax, MN, Judi Lang (Dan) of Le Center, MN, Chris Jandl (Gerald) of Fairfax, MN and Vickie Davidson (Mark) of Buffalo, MN; his grandchildren, Shawn Marquardt, Tara Marquardt, Kelsey Vorwerk, Brittany Jackson, Kristin Ikert, Mitchel Lang, Stephani Jandl, Whitney Jandl, Melanie Anderson, Jacob Davidson and Malorie Sanderson; his great grandchildren, Greta, Otis, Aviana, Gus, Cora, Chloe, Evelyn, Drake, Kellen, Addilynn, Emerson, Charli, Theo and Finn; and his sister Marlene Herzog of Litchfield, MN. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
